The restaurant announced on Instagram that its final service is expected to be on Sept. 20.
“Rising costs and the realities of today’s F&B landscape mean we can no longer continue sustainably,” it said.
The restaurant also thanked customers who had marked important milestones at its tables over the years, including first dates, engagements, weddings, birthdays and baby showers.
Tomahawk King’s closure comes amid a series of restaurant shutdowns in Singapore.

Dan’s Steaks, founded by foodpreneur Daniel Ong, announced in July that it would close its last outlet amid rising costs and debt, while Swedish cafe Fika in Arab Street shut on Aug. 14.
In its Instagram post, Tomahawk King also reflected on its journey, which began as StuffedWingLab, a Tampines Mall food court stall selling fried chicken wings in local flavors including chicken rice and nasi lemak, The Straits Times reported.
The business later expanded to two Tang Tea House outlets and introduced a wider Western menu. Its tomahawk steaks soon became one of its most popular offerings.
Casual and fine-dining restaurants have shut down across Singapore since the start of the year, citing rising operating costs and weak consumer demand.
Singapore saw 1,267 food business closures between January and April this year, nearly half the total number of shutdowns throughout last year.
