New Delhi. Today a consensus has been reached regarding the appointment of three new members in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust of Ayodhya. It has been decided to include Madan Mohan Pandey, Mahesh Bhagchandka and Nirmala Yadav as members in the trust. Madan Mohan Pandey is from Ayodhya while Mahesh Bhagchandka is from Delhi and Nirmala Yadav is from Shikohabad. Madan Mohan Pandey is a senior advocate. He has been associated with the advocacy of the temple side in Allahabad High Court. Mahesh Bhagchandka is a relative of Ashok Singhal and he runs the Ashok Singhal Foundation. Whereas Nirmala Yadav has been associated with the fund dedication campaign of Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

In the meeting held at Maniram Das Cantonment in the presence of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust President Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Treasurer Govinddev Giri, Interim General Secretary Krishna Mohan and Mahant Dinendra Das, it was decided to include these three in the Trust. These three new people will be appointed in the trust in place of former general secretaries of the trust, Champat Rai, Anil Mishra and late Vimalendra Mohan Mishra. The appointment of these three members was announced in the press conference after the meeting. Let us tell you that after the case of theft of donations from Ram Temple came to light, it has been decided to appoint a CEO to increase the monitoring of the financial management of the Trust.

Let us tell you that on the request of the Trust, the UP government had earlier constituted a three-member SIT under the leadership of senior IAS officer Vijay Vishwas Pant to investigate the Ram Mandir donation theft case. On the basis of the preliminary report of this SIT, an FIR was registered against 8 accused in the donation theft case and they were arrested. Later, the Supreme Court had ordered to constitute a new SIT under the leadership of an IPS officer in this case. After this, a new SIT was formed under the chairmanship of senior IPS and Lucknow Range IG Kiran S and Ayodhya Range DIG Somen Burma and Ayodhya SSP Gaurav Grover Shamil were included as members.
