Actor Vishal Aditya Singh has hit back at former Bigg Boss contestant Asim Riaz after the rapper took a direct swipe at him on social media. In a series of posts, Vishal appeared to respond to Asim’s criticism while taking digs at his television stint, mental state, fitness and work as a rapper. “Ex Bigg Boss contestant, bas yahi hai aapki pehchaan aur yahi reh jaayenge aap. Toh Asim bhai please keep calm aur bolo ‘Jai Shri Ram’,” Vishal wrote in one post. In another apparent jibe, Vishal referred to a psychiatrist while also mentioning the Suresh Wadkar music school and a gym. He followed it with another post that read, “Bhai (injection) isse sirf body banti hai. ‘Dimaag’ ke liye bhi kuchh dekho.” Taking a further swipe at Asim’s work as a rapper, Vishal wrote: “Art (rap) = 0% Bakwas ka talent = 100%.” Vishal’s remarks came after Asim directly addressed him on X, formerly known as Twitter. Asim referred to a past incident involving Vishal and his former girlfriend on national television and accused him of repeatedly mentioning his name. “Vishal, getting beaten with a pan on national TV by your ex GF left some permanent damage. Stop chanting my name everywhere. If you need my attention, DM me instead of being a ScumBAG on podcasts and in the media. Don’t worry, I’ll try my best to find a psychiatrist for you,” Asim wrote. Asim has also recently been responding to discussions about him on podcasts and in the media. In another post, he took an indirect swipe at what he described as “TV industry aunties and uncles” following a podcast discussion involving Rubina Dilaik and Hina Khan, where his claims about attracting TRPs to reality shows were discussed. Asim maintained that he does bring TRPs to the reality shows he participates in and told his critics to “keep playing your roles and being puppets in the industry.”
