Television actress Shivangi Joshi faced social media trolling after a video of her reacting with surprise on spotting paparazzi outside a party hosted by actor Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja surfaced online.
In the video, Shivangi is seen stepping out of the venue in a pink outfit. As she notices the paparazzi waiting outside, she appears surprised and looks towards them before heading towards her car.
She is heard saying, “Paps?! Yahan?!”
Her reaction quickly became a talking point on social media, with some users accusing the actress of “overacting”. Comments on the viral video included remarks such as, “Oh paps… Humesha itni acting kyu” and “Pele khud paps ko bulao fir anjan banne ka natak karo”.
Shivangi was not the only television personality spotted at the gathering. Her Lock Upp 2 co-contestant and actor Harshad Chopda was also seen attending Sunita Ahuja’s party.
The two, however, did not pose together and were seen leaving the venue separately.
Shivangi and Harshad’s equation has remained a subject of discussion since their participation in Lock Upp 2. Their close friendship on the reality show sparked speculation about a possible romantic relationship, although both actors have maintained that they share a genuine friendship.
On the professional front, Shivangi Joshi began her television career with Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi and went on to appear in shows including Begusarai, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Balika Vadhu 2 and Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka.
She also starred opposite Harshad Chopda in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 4.
