The NBA came down hard on the Los Angeles Clippers over the organization’s alleged cap circumvention to pay Kawhi Leonard under the table.

The team will lose five first-round picks and pay a $30 million fine. Owner Steve Ballmer is also facing a suspension of his own.

This story continues to evolve, and ESPN NBA insider Shams Charania revealed the latest on Thursday’s edition of “The Pat McAfee Show.”
