How to make body scrub?
To make a body scrub, you need rice, oats, sugar and beetroot present in the kitchen, with the help of which you can prepare the scrub in a few minutes. It can help in exfoliating the skin.
To make this scrub, first take 2 spoons of rice, 2 spoons of oats and 2 spoons of sugar. Put these three things in the mixer and grind them finely. Keep in mind that the powder should not be too thick, so that it does not rub too much while scrubbing the skin.
Now take a small beetroot, wash it thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Add some rose water to it and grind it in the mixer. Filter the prepared mixture and separate its juice.
Now take prepared rice-oats-sugar powder in a bowl. Add some coconut oil to it. After this, add prepared beetroot and rose water juice and mix everything well. Your homemade body scrub is ready.
How to use?
Take a small amount of body scrub and apply it thoroughly on your entire hand. Keep in mind that applying too much rubbing may cause rashes on the skin or the skin may become red. Therefore, rub the scrub gently and slowly and leave it on the skin for some time. After this, wash hands with cold water and remember to apply moisturizer.
Keep one thing in mind that before using the scrub on sensitive skin, do a patch test. Do not use it on skin with cuts, wounds, rashes or irritation. Using the scrub 1 to 2 times a week is enough.

How does the scrub work?
The scrub helps in reducing the tanning deposits on the body. The rice, oats and sugar present in this scrub can help in removing the dead skin present on the upper surface of the skin, while coconut oil helps in moisturizing the skin. Beetroot juice also gives natural pink color to the scrub.
If used regularly and the skin is kept adequately moisturized, hands can appear much softer and clearer. However, every person’s skin is different, so results may also vary.
