The recently constructed Ram Van Gaman Path near Shringverpur Dham in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh has caved in before its inauguration. This road has caved in not at one but at many places, which clearly shows that corruption has been done on a large scale. The special thing is that not a little but Rs 4,400 crore has been spent on building the road.

Meanwhile, a strange statement from Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has come to light regarding this. Keshav was seen saying as if it is not a big deal for a road built at a cost of Rs 4,400 crore to sink before its inauguration.

'If a road is built it will sink'

When journalists in UP asked Deputy Chief Minister Keshav about the sinking of the road, he said, 'Hey man, if the road is built, it will sink… if it sinks, it will be built. This is a normal process. If there is so much rain, then what are the roads and big bridges? Just now there was such a huge flood in Nepal that many bridges were washed away. That's a different thing…'

He further said that if the quality of the road is bad then it will be investigated and action will be taken against the culprits. Also said that if the road sinks, we will repair it.

Let us tell you that a 210 km long Ram Vanagaman Path is being built from Ayodhya to Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh. A four-lane highway is being built through the route through which Lord Shri Ram went into exile. But even before the highway could be opened, it caved in at Shringverpur in Prayagraj. Photos and videos of highway collapse are being shared widely on social media.

According to information coming on social media, the highway has caved in at dozens of places. It has cracks up to one to one and a half feet wide.
