Bread Pakora Recipe in Air Fryer?

First step- First of all, prepare the potato stuffing for bread pakora. Boil 2 potatoes, peel them and mash them. Now prepare the masala for pakora. For this, mix red chilli powder, mango powder, garam masala powder, finely chopped coriander, crushed whole coriander seeds, cumin powder, salt and finely chopped green chillies in a bowl. A good masala is ready.

Second step- Now take a slice of bread and apply green chutney on one side. Now fill the prepared potato stuffing and stick another bread on top. Prepare gram flour stuffing for pakora. For this, put gram flour in a bowl and add some salt, red chilli powder and crushed celery to the gram flour. Keep the batter slightly thick so that the gram flour gets applied well on the bread.

Third step- Now dip the prepared potato bread in gram flour thoroughly from both sides and place it in the air fryer tray. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes. Now bake the pakoda at 160 degrees for 10 minutes on one side. Now turn the bread pakora and apply some oil and cook it from the other side also.

Fourth step- Delicious and crispy bread pakora wrapped in gram flour is ready. You will not feel oily at all while eating this bread pakora. You can eat it even during well loss. This is much healthier and tastier than the bread pakoras dipped in oil available in the market. Serve them with your favorite chutney.
