Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national spokesperson and Supreme Court advocate Gaurav Bhatia has filed a defamation claim of Rs 2 crore against Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) co-convenor Saurav Das and two other leaders – Abhijit Dipke and Ashutosh Ranka.
