Jawa had recently launched the All-Stars Edition of the Jawa 42 FJ and Jawa 42 Bobber motorcycles in the market. To complete the All-Stars range, Jawa has now officially launched the Jawa 42 All-Stars Edition at a starting price of Rs 1.85 lakh, ex-showroom. Bookings for the new All-Stars Edition have started, and deliveries of the new motorcycle will start from 14 September 2026.

Speaking at the launch event, Anupam Thareja, Co-founder, Classic Legends, said, “The most interesting communities are built by people who share a way of conducting themselves even when there is no audience. That is what we have come to understand about the Jawa rider. The codes of character, conduct and courage we see in places as different as defence and sports. We live by it by launching new formats for rider needs, motorcycles with a distinct design, and recognising those who live by these codes every day. The Jawa 42 helped launch India’s modern classic category. The All-Stars 42 carries that same instinct forward, not by abandoning what made the Jawa 42, but by asking what it should mean to the rider of today.”

The price for the Jawa 42 now starts at Rs 1.79 lakh, ex-showroom, and goes all the way up to Rs 1.89 lakh, ex-showroom. However, the price of the All-Stars Edition starts at Rs 1.85 lakh, ex-showroom. The All-Stars Edition is available in Moss Grey, Battle Green, Nebula Blue, Black and Ivory shades.

Compared to the older Jawa 42, the updated or recently launched model gets a couple of new additions, including new colour options and body graphics. Apart from this, the motorcycle also comes with minor changes that have helped the brand make the bike look bolder, sportier and more muscular. The motorcycle comes with revised front and rear fenders.

As part of the update, the motorcycle also gets an updated side cover, and the exhaust on the bike has also been updated. It now gets 42 FJ-inspired twin upswept exhausts. Along with the updated fenders and footpegs, Jawa is also offering all-new alloy wheels and fatter tyres. The front gets 100/90 R18 tyres, while the rear gets 150/70 R17 tyres. This has helped change the overall look of the motorcycle.

Surprisingly, Jawa has also managed to bring down the weight of the motorcycle. It has come down to 175 kg from 182 kg in the All-Stars Edition. Jawa has also increased the seat height. Apart from this, the motorcycle gets the same suspension, brakes and other mechanical components. It continues to offer dual-channel ABS as standard, along with a 13.2-litre fuel tank.

The engine on the Jawa 42 All-Stars is the same 294.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, DOHC engine that generates 27 PS and 26 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Apart from the recently launched Jawa 42 All-Stars Edition, the brand also has the Jawa 42 Bobber, launched at Rs 2.09 lakh, ex-showroom, and the Jawa 42 FJ All-Stars Edition at Rs 2.02 lakh, ex-showroom.
