The story of reaching FTII from Rohtak to Pune

Jaideep took admission in Pune-based Film and Television Institute of India i.e. FTII. After completing his training in 2008, he reached Mumbai. Here he had to struggle for many years to make his mark. Initially he got small and supporting roles, but he continuously worked on his acting.

‘Paatal Lok’ gave big recognition

Jaideep made his Bollywood debut in the year 2010 with the film ‘Aakrosh’. Ajay Devgan and Akshay Khanna were in lead roles in this film. After this he appeared in films like ‘Rockstar’, ‘Chittagong’, ‘Commando’ and ‘Vishwaroopam’.

These films took his career forward, but he got his real recognition from strong and challenging roles. The character of Hathiram Chaudhary in the web series ‘Paatal Lok’ made Jaideep a household name. After this, he started being counted among the talented and trustworthy artists of the industry.

Special memories to Amitabh Bachchan, now he will be seen in ‘Drishyam 3’

Jaideep Ahlawat also has a special association with Amitabh Bachchan’s films. In ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ he had told that Amitabh Bachchan’s films were shown in his village on festivals and special occasions. He also shared his childhood memories to films like ‘Deewar’, ‘Zanjeer’, ‘Don’ and ‘Sholay’.

The actor’s father also had great support in his film journey. Jaideep had told that when he expressed his desire to become an actor, his father encouraged him. He had said that if he did not get success in acting

So he will do farming. With this support, Jaideep started with theater and gradually made his place in Bollywood.
