Chasing 131, Sri Lanka slipped to 31/3 inside the power play after Fatima Sana dismissed Chamari Athapaththu and Sanjana Kavindi before Sadia Iqbal removed Hasini Perera.

Imesha Dulani briefly steadied the innings with a 22, but the chase needed a substantial partnership to shift the momentum.

Harshita Samarawickrama and Kavisha Dilhari provided exactly that.

The pair put together a composed 67-run partnership, keeping the scoreboard moving while ensuring Pakistan could not build sustained pressure. Harshita scored 36, while Dilhari made 33 before both were dismissed by Fatima in the 17th over.

With Sri Lanka still needing runs, Nilakshi de Silva and Kaushani Nuthyangana held their nerve in the closing stages. Pakistan struggled to maintain its composure under pressure as Sri Lanka moved closer to the target.

Sri Lanka completed the chase in 18.4 overs, reaching 131/6 with Nilakshi unbeaten on 18 and Nuthyangana on 10.

Fatima was Pakistan's standout bowler, finishing with 4-38, but her effort was not enough to prevent Sri Lanka from reaching the final.

Earlier, Sri Lanka opted to bowl first and made an early breakthrough when Sugandika Kumari dismissed Muneeba Ali for two.

Shawaal Zulfiqar provided Pakistan with some momentum, scoring 24 off 16 balls before falling in the fifth over. Ayesha Zafar and Sadaf Shamas also failed to make an impact as Pakistan slipped to 52/4 in the 10th over.

Gull Feroza and captain Fatima then put together a 40-run partnership to revive the innings. Feroza made 21 before being dismissed in the 16th over.

Fatima took charge in the closing overs, striking an unbeaten 47 off 36 balls. Tuba Hassan, who remained not out on 12, helped her captain take Pakistan to 130/5 from their 20 overs.

For Sri Lanka, Athapaththu and Chamudi Praboda claimed two wickets apiece, while Sugandika finished with 1-20.

Sri Lanka's batters held their nerve in the chase to complete a four-wicket victory and set up a final against India on Sunday.
