Bihar News: Now preparations have started in the government health institutions of Bihar to provide better and convenient environment to the patients. More than 1,500 health institutions will be involved

of the state under the campaign 36 district hospitals, 56 sub-divisional hospitals, 49 referral hospitals, 342 community health centres, 110 primary health centres, 844 additional primary health centers and 147 urban primary health centers. Including Ayushman Arogya temples have been included.

In the financial year 2026-27, funds have been made available for important works in these institutions through the bank accounts of Rogi Kalyan Samiti and Jan Arogya Samiti. Priority of works will be decided based on local needs.

Work will have to be completed by 31st October

The Health Department has instructed all the District Magistrates and Civil Surgeons to complete the works identified under the campaign within the stipulated time. Regular monitoring and progress review of the works will also be done.

Many works will also be done in rural health centers
