In Sikar Municipal Council, Congress captured 38 out of 65 wards while BJP got 22 seats. Results of 20 wards have also been revealed in Khatushyamji. In the available 120 results of Jaipur Municipal Corporation, BJP is leading with 63 seats.
Counting of votes in 25 wards of Pokhran Municipality was completed in six rounds. Congress won 12 wards while BJP won 11 wards. Independent candidates won in two wards. Congress candidate Hemlata won Ward 1 by 378 votes.
In Pokhran, Rekha Mali won from BJP's Ward 5 by 334 votes. Jetharam won in Ward 2 by 189 votes, Premlata won in Ward 15 by 134 votes and other BJP candidates also won in many wards. Independent Bhanwarlal won in Ward 9 by 30 votes and Shrivallabh Sharma won in Ward 14 by 24 votes.
The results of all 80 wards of Udaipur Municipal Corporation have come out. According to the results, BJP has won in 53 wards. 23 Congress candidates were victorious while one seat went to CPI(M) and three seats to independent candidates. With this performance, BJP's board in Udaipur seems to be in a position to be formed for the seventh consecutive time.
In the results of 65 wards of Sikar Municipal Council, Congress took a clear lead. Congress candidates won in 38 wards while BJP got success in 22 wards. Four wards went to independents.
The result of Ward No. 18 was special, where Congress candidate Sabir and RLP candidate Yunus Khan got equal number of votes. After this, Yunus Khan of RLP was declared the winner through lottery. In this way RLP opened its account in Sikar Municipal Council through lottery.
District Election Officer and District Collector Ashish Modi and SP Praveen Nayak Nunavut expressed gratitude to the voters and general public after peaceful voting and counting of votes.
In 20 wards of Khatushyamji, a contest was seen between Congress, BJP, RLP and independent candidates. Sagar Mal, Rajesh Regar, Asu Devi, Urmila Devi, Lakshmi Devi, Vineeta Poonia, Niranjan Kumar and Gauri Shankar were victorious from Congress.
Counting of votes is going on in 150 wards of Jaipur Municipal Corporation. According to the results received, the results of 120 wards have been declared. Of these, BJP has won 63 wards, Congress 44 and other parties and independent candidates have won 13 wards. Results of 30 wards are yet to come. In such a situation, the final picture in Jaipur will be completely clear only after the remaining results.
