BRICS countries condemned the April 22, 2025, terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir that killed 26 people in the New Delhi Declaration, calling for zero tolerance against terrorism, officials said. The grouping rejected double standards and urged action against terrorist financing, cross-border movement and safe havens.
