Uttarakhand Police got a big success on Tuesday, the police told in the press conference that an accused who had murdered Baba Tarsem Singh, the head of Nanakmatta Gurdwara in Udham Singh Nagar, has been killed in an encounter. This encounter was jointly carried out by Haridwar Police and STF. The second accused is absconding. In this case, the police have said that there is a possibility of Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi gang being involved in this murder.

Baba Tarsem Singh was sitting on a chair inside the camp in Udham Singh Nagar on March 28 at around 6 am. Suddenly two riders on a bike came inside the camp and after coming close to Baba, the person sitting behind opened fire at him. Tarsem Singh got up from the chair but before that the bike rider fired another bullet at him. Before anyone could understand anything it was too late. After shooting Baba Tarsem Singh, both the persons escaped from the spot very easily.

Police have interrogated dozens of people, after which a case has been registered against 11 people. Two bike riders were also among the 11 people who shot Tarsem Singh at close range. At present the police have arrested seven people while three are still absconding. One was killed by the police in an encounter.

In this post he had made many serious allegations against Chugh.

It was from here that the continuous dispute between Chugh and Tarsem Singh came to the fore. In which serious allegations were being made against each other. Police started investigation on all aspects. The attackers were also identified from the CCTV footage installed inside the camp. According to the police, the connection of both the persons came to light from Tarn-Taran in Punjab. Out of which the person riding the bike was Sarabjit, a resident of Mianwind village of Punjab, while the other person was Amarjeet Singh alias Batta. Police killed Armjit Singh in an encounter late on Monday night. At present Sarabjeet is absconding. The one whom the police encountered was a betel nut killer and a reward of Rs 1 lakh was also placed on him.

Now many more names may also come forward in the case of murder of Dera chief Baba Tarsem Singh. The police have emphasized this in the press conference.
