How to change WhatsApp's two-step verification pin
Open WhatsApp.
Go to WhatsApp and go to the three-dot option in the top right corner.
Go to Settings and tap.
After that go to two-step verification.
Go to Change PIN and tap.
Set a 6-digit PIN.
Confirm the PIN.
Do this if you forget your PIN
Now it may also happen that you forget two-step verification. In such a situation, you will have to save the email ID on WhatsApp. To change the PIN again, you will have to enter the email ID.
After that, you will get 6 digit verification code on your mail ID. Enter it on WhatsApp. Your PIN will be changed once the verification is done.
Now, in case the email ID is not saved, there may be a problem in recovering it if the PIN is forgotten.
WhatsApp has a rule that if you forget the two-step verification PIN, you will be able to change the PIN only after 7 days. Once the email ID is saved, you can access it immediately.
