Thiruvananthapuram: The husband stabbed his wife to death in Neyyatinkara Amburi. Raji (33), a native of Mayam, was stabbed to death. Raji's husband Manoj Sebastian (50) was taken into custody by the Neyyar Dam police. Due to the difference of opinion, both of them were living separately for months. The couple also has two children.

Raji was an employee of a private financial institution in Amburi. Manoj is an employee of a bar in Thiruvananthapuram. Both of them got married after years of love. After the separation of the two, only Manoj was present at their house in Mayat. Raji was living with his parents. They lived in neighbouring houses. The couple has two children. The daughter lived with the father and the son with the mother.
Attacked Raji on Manoj Road while he was returning from Mayate Government Hospital. They argued on the road and fought. Manoj attacked Raji after this. He was stabbed in the face and chest with a knife. The nose is severed. When Raji fell unconscious after being stabbed, Manoj rushed to a nearby house.
Raji was taken to a private hospital in Kattakkada with the help of the locals who came running in an uproar but could not save his life. Neyyardam police took Manoj into custody. Manoj's hand was injured during the attack and the police took him for treatment. His arrest will be recorded immediately. Raji's body was shifted to Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Hospital.
