Unexpected welcome for Bangladesh Chief Advisor Md Yunus; ‘Go Back’ slogan echoes in New York

New York (USA) September 24 (ANI): As the 79th session of UNGA continues, Bangladesh Chief Advisor Md Yunus arrived in New York to attend the session. However, he was given a special welcome as Bangladeshi nationals protested against him outside the hotel. They demonstrated against the atrocities on the Bangladeshi minorities raising ‘Go Back, Step Down’ slogans. Notably, atrocities on Bangladeshi minorities including Hindus came to light after ex-PM Sheikh Hasina’s ouster.
