New York (US), Sept 26 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on September 26 drew applause over his cryptic reply on India’s membership of Quad, BRICS & SCO at the same time. While addressing in New York, India’s EAM said, “We can chew gum and walk at same time.”
