Mumbai: Online banking is now used by everyone. From small grocers to big stores, everyone accepts payments through UPI, making it easier to transact and keep track of transactions. Also, there is no fear of money being lost or stolen.

Just scan from your phone, deposit money and send the payment by entering the password. That means the work is done. Technology makes our work easier, but sometimes this technology also throws us into problems.
Something similar happened to some UPI users on Sunday. Which made it impossible for them to pay or send to anyone. Which resulted in the Panchayat of the people. On Sunday, when most people went out for a walk, people were not making UPI payments, so people started tweeting on Twitter.

Most of the UPI down complaints have been reported by customers with SBI bank accounts, with users tagging SBI Bank and questioning why the payment went down. The bank replied that there is no issue now. He tweeted, "Our UPI services are working great. Please try again and if the problem persists, please get back to us via DM (Direct Message) with full details of the problem and a screenshot of the error. We will look into the problem.
On this tweet of the bank, people are still complaining about non-payment. So it is still not possible to say why and what caused UPI to fail.
