NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was shot by some people in Mumbai, due to which he died. In his injured condition, he was immediately admitted to Lilavati Hospital, where he died during treatment. This incident happened near Bandra Kherwadi Signal, where his son Zeeshan Siddiqui has his office. Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh also expressed his sorrow and paid tribute to this news on social media platform X. He wrote, 'I am deeply shocked to hear the news of the demise of Shri Baba Siddiqui ji'.

He wrote, 'And this is really shocking. My condolences are with son Zeeshan Siddiqui and his family. May God give them the strength to get through this difficult time. It is necessary to bring the culprits before the law as soon as possible.
