WhatsApp has many useful features for the safety of users. However, most users do not even have proper information about all the features available in the app. Today, ask yourself this question, do you know about all the safety features available in WhatsApp? If the answer is no, then let us tell you about five such WhatsApp features that help you keep your account secure.
WhatsApp Safety Features: These are useful features
Protect IP Address in Calls: If you use WhatsApp, then you must be using the calls feature, but this feature has been included in WhatsApp so that no one can find out your location during calls. After enabling this feature, calls will be made through the WhatsApp server, due to which it will not be possible to find out the location by tracking the IP address through the call. You will find this feature in the Privacy tab in WhatsApp settings.
Two-step verification: This feature creates an extra layer of security which makes WhatsApp accounts even more secure. When you enable this feature, it asks you to create a 6-digit PIN. This feature is useful when someone tries to verify WhatsApp by entering your mobile number, then that person will have to enter the 6-digit PIN created by you.
Change these settings of Group: Earlier anyone could add someone to a group, but WhatsApp understood this problem and keeping in mind the safety and privacy of the users, a feature has been added to the app so that now users can decide who can add them to the group and who cannot? To get this feature, click on the Groups option in the Privacy option in Settings.
