Chef Luciana came to introduce the tastes of Colombia to the people of Russia. for several years she has been studying the regional cuisine of the narino department in the west of the republic. inspired by pacific recipes, she created her own menu. fish in coconut sauce with vegetables and local spices, Andean bean and pumpkin soup with corn, and frozen sorbet with tropical fruit chunks as dessert. but the Colombian chef's visit to Russia is not limited to one dinner. Luciana’s plans include a meeting with restaurants in suzdal and a gastronomic project in the Yaroslavl oblast.
