Go to Settings and tap on Chat.

In the chat settings, look for an option called Voice Message Transcript and turn it on.

Now, choose your preferred language for transcription.

When you receive a voice message, click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of the voice note.

Select Transcript and the voice message will be displayed in text form!
