With a few days left for Rishab's birthday, an official announcement related to the reveal is currently awaited. Jai HanuMan will be presented by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series, and Prasanth Varma is returning as the director. Teja Sajja has already confirmed his return while speaking about the sequel in an interview last year.  Jai HanuMan is going to be released on a pan-India level, which means that it will attract audiences in huge numbers if the promotional material is up to the mark. With a budget of only Rs. 40 crores, HanuMan was one of the highest-grossing films of 2024, and based on that, expectations are sky-high.  The sequel is reported to pay homage to Lord Hanuman, and it is expected to soon enter production. However, the makers have not specifically confirmed a release date despite that the end credits of HanuMan mentioned 2025 as the date of arrival. Considering that Rishab Shetty is busy with Kantara: Chapter 1, which is releasing on October 2 this year, it seems like the wait for Jai HanuMan will be a little bit longer. Rishab has managed to build a fan base among the Hindi audience with Kantara in 2022, which is expected to expand with Jai HanuMan. Moreover, the first film collected more than Rs. 300 crores at the box office, and it remains to be seen if Jai HanuMan can repeat the same success.
