Here, the complaint of cold feet can be a sign of a serious disease like diabetes. In this condition,   the nerves of the feet   get damaged and one   feels   cold, burning or  numbness in the feet . Apart from this, if we talk about the symptoms, there can be  a pricking sensation in the feet , mild pain or burning, trouble in balance etc.

Raynaud’s  Syndrome

Ice cold feet can be caused by Raynaud’s syndrome. This condition is called an autoimmune  disorder. In this condition, the blood vessels of the fingers and feet shrink during cold or stress. This causes the feet to become ice cold. In this condition, the feet turn blue or pale,  tingling or  numbness occurs, and  there is a sharp effect on exposure to cold. 

Hypothyroidism

If your feet remain cold instead of normal, then this condition can also be called a condition of hypothyroidism. The temperature control of the body is affected. Due to this, hands and feet start remaining cold. Its symptoms can be frequent cold, fatigue, weight gain, hair loss,  dry  skin etc.
