Asaduddin owaisi reaction: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi flashed on the Maharashtra and ATS after the Bombay High Court acquitted all the 12 accused. He accused the government and the investigating agency of spoiling the lives of 12 Muslim people.

Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday wanted to know if the Bombay High Court acquitted all the 12 accused in the 2006 Mumbai train bomb blasts case whether the Maharashtra government would take action against its anti -terrorism squad (ATS) officials who investigated the case.

The Bombay High Court acquitted the accused, saying that the prosecution had failed to prove its case and ‘it is difficult to believe that they have committed a crime. On July 11, 2006, seven bomb blasts were carried out in suburban trains in Mumbai on the western line in which more than 180 people were killed and many others were injured.

Social media posts to Asaduddin Owaisi

Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi reacted in a post on the Social Media Forum X, while reacting to the decision that 12 men of the Muslim community were in jail for 18 years for the crime he had not committed. His golden days have passed. 180 families lost their loved ones, many injured-there is no solution for them. Will the government take action against Maharashtra ATS officials investigating the matter?

Parties in power in Maharashtra in 2006 also responsible

The AIMIM chief alleged that in 2006, the parties in power in Maharashtra were also responsible for ‘ignoring the complaints of torture’. Often innocent people are put in jail, and when they are acquitted after years, they have no way to resume their lives.

Owaisi further said that since the arrest, the accused have not come out of jail even once in 17 years. Owaisi said that in many such terrorist cases investigative agencies have failed us badly.

MP Owaisi wrote about an Aarapi acquitted in the case that “Mohammad Majid was acquitted. But the wife died without holding a final conversation with Majid.
