New Delhi: In today’s run -of -the -mill lifestyle, mental or physical problems have become common things. However, Indian medical practice or Ayurveda also has a way to avoid this. Ayurveda states that ‘natural remedies’ is a means of staying healthy in life. It balances vata, bile and phlegm. Due to which many problems run away.
According to Ayurveda, many diseases occur in the body due to imbalance of vata, bile and phlegm. Through natural medicine and right diet, these defects can be balanced and healthy life can be lived. Food should contain 75-80 percent alkaline substances (fruits, vegetables) and 20-25 percent acidic substances. Unbalanced diet increases acidity, causing bile and phlegm defects. Naturopathy and right diet can balance these defects and remain healthy.
Health experts say that the intake of natural foods like soybean, carrots, dry grapes, figs and basil is helpful in curing these problems. Vata dosha can cause serious problems like stomach gas, joint pain, sciatica, paralysis and numbness of organs. For this, fibrous food, such as raw fruits, salads and leafy vegetables, should be eaten. The use of 2-4 garlic buds and butter in the morning cures Vata disease quickly. Taking fruit or vegetable juice for a few days is also beneficial. Wrong diet, such as gram flour, maida and more pulses, increases the defects. This is also the reason for laziness, messy lifestyle and not exercising.
Bile defects can cause stomach irritation, sour belching, allergies, anemia and skin diseases. Spicy, citrus and high salt foods should be avoided. Drinking carrot juice in the morning and evening and taking pomegranate, berries, dry grapes, fennel as well as coach juice is also beneficial. Bile disease is cured soon by drinking fruits and vegetable juices. Excessive intake of sugar, salt and chili-spices is the main cause of bile defects.
The number comes after Vata and Pitta. Its imbalance in the body also causes problems like mucus, cold, cough, asthma, obesity and lung TB. Ayurvedacharya says that the intake of dry grapes, raw spinach, figs, ginger, basil and soybean is beneficial. Milk and curd should be avoided, but you can drink soybean in milk. Sucking fresh gooseberry juice or dry gooseberry cures phlegm. Fried-roasted things and lubricated substances should be avoided.
Its, the proven system is also effective in balanced Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), strengthening the digestive system and improving overall health. The Siddha system is one of the oldest medical practices in India originating in Tamil Nadu. According to the Ministry of AYUSH, this system is effective in balancing Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), strengthening the digestive system and improveing overall health. The word ‘Siddha’ is derived from ‘Siddhi’ of Tamil language, which means perfection or achievement. This medical system emphasizes internal balance through herbal treatment, detox routine, conscious diet and lifestyle practices.
The origin of Siddha medicine is credited to eighteen Siddhas, in which Agastyar is considered its founder. According to tradition, Lord Shiva brought this knowledge to Parvati, then Nandidevar and finally Siddhas. This knowledge was first preserved through manuscripts written orally and later on palm leaves. Siddha medical provides personal treatment keeping in mind the age, habits, environment and physical condition of the patient.
