How many stages are there in cancer?
Most cases of cancer cause tumors and are divided into four stages based on severity. Which are as follows:-
Stage 0 – In this stage you do not have cancer. But some abnormal cells may be presented in the body, which can sometimes increase the chances of cancer.
Stage 1 – In the first stage, the cancer tumor is small. In this, the cancer cells are spores in only one area.
Stage 2 and 3 – in the second and third stages, the size of the tumor in your body banks and the cancer cells spread to the nearby organs and lymph nodes.
Stage 4 – In the fourth stage, cancer is in its last stage. It is also called metastatic cancer. This stage can prove fatal. In this, cancer has spores to other organs.

Cancer is treated on its type, stage and location. The doctors decides which treatment is right for your cancer. Generally, cancer is treated by surgery, non-surgery, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, chemotherapy and stem cell transplant etc. Cancer treatment is done in the following ways:-

Radiation therapy – this is a non surgical procedure in which radiation therapy has a direct effect on Cancer cells. In this, abnormally growing cells are destroyed with the help of gamma radiation.
Chemotherapy – Chemotherapy is done in Several Stages to Treat Cancer. In this, growing cancer cells are destroyed through special types of drugs.
Immunotherapy – this is a treatment that works by increasing the Amount of Cancer Cells in Your Body.
