While the reality is that the cancer can indicate in many different ways in the initial stage, such as shrinkage or pit in the breast skin, abnormal discharge from the nipple, sudden change in breast size, persistent pain or burning sensation around the breast, turning inside the nipple and swelling near the side or collar bone. These symptoms can also appear in the event of no lump and it can be dangerous to take them lightly. If any such problem persists for a long time, then the doctor should be consulted immediately. When cancer is identified in time, its chances of getting easy and successful are very high, so regular checkup and awareness is very important.
How to rescue
Regularly do self-examination of breast.
After the age of 40, get mammography done from time to time.
Take healthy diet and exercise daily.
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Do not consume hormonal medicines for a long time.
