Instead, include protein from plants, such as pulses, peas and beans in your diet. A balanced amount of plant based protein is more secure for kidney.
5. Reduce salt
Take too much salt, Especially through processed and fast foods, the kidney intensifies the process of accumulating calcium. The reason for this is that sodium and calcium go to the kidney by the same path. As a result, the amount of calcium in urin increases, which causes a stone formation. It is better that you eat fresh and home food with low salt.
