
Carrot Pickle: A delicious recipe

Required material
Carrots: 1/2 kg
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
PC Rai: 5 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Asafoetida: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Mustard Oil: 8-10 teaspoons
Recipe
Peel the carrot first and cut it into two inch pieces. Then wash it thoroughly and dry it in the sun so that its moisture comes out completely. Mix all the spices in a bowl. Now add carrots to this mixture and mix well. Then fill it in a glass jar and keep it in the sun for three to four days. Your carrot pickle is ready, serve it with food.
