According to media reports the apartments in this locality range between 1000 and 1300 square feet with the current rent falling between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 3 lakh per month. According to a media portal Hrithik Roshan has rented out his apartment to his girlfriend Saba Azad for Rs 75000 per month. Saba reportedly signed the rental agreement on August 4. Hrithik had purchased three apartments in this building in 2020 one of which is a duplex on the 19th and 20th floors and another on the 18th floor. For the rented apartment Saba has also paid a deposit of Rs 1.25 lakh. The Roshan family is known for investing in real estate across Mumbai often making headlines for their property deals.
