Sharon Osbourne was seen in public for the first time following the emotional funeral procession that went through Birmingham for her late husband Ozzy Osbourne in July. The TV personality returned to the spotlight after taking part in a falconry activity with her daughter, Kelly Osbourne. The pair travelled to Cornwall for the experience, which the 40-year-old shared on Instagram on Thursday (September 11), with a heart-warming clip of them together.

Alongside the video, Kelly penned: "Today I introduced my mum to falconry and she loved it! Thank you, @gerardsulter for putting a smile on my mum's face too!" The mother and daughter duo visited Cornwall Falconry and enjoyed the birds-of-prey experience on a private farm run by Gerard and his wife, Gemma. In the footage, Kelly can be seen instructing her mother to put her hand out. To which, Sharon then lifts a thickly gloved arm and tells the bird: "I don't have anything to give you."

This comes after a period of silence from Sharon, who stayed away from social media following the death of the Black Sabbath icon.

Ozzy died aged 76 on July 22, just weeks after the band's historic farewell performance in their hometown of Birmingham, UK.

A death certificate for the musician confirmed he had died of cardiac arrest, while also suffering from other health issues such as Parkinson's disease and coronary artery disease.

His shock death was announced by his family in a statement that read: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.

"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."

While Sharon stepped back from the public, Kelly had previously returned to social media to blast WWE star Becky Lynch, who joked about Ozzy's death.

During the Netflix livestream of Monday Night Raw, she told her rival Nikki Bella: "You can have your match, but in Paris, at Clash. Because I am not wrestling in Birmingham. The only good that came out of here died a month ago!"

As the crowd booed, she added: "But in fairness to Ozzy Osbourne, he had the good sense to move to LA, a proper city. Because if I lived in Birmingham, I'd die too!"

Among viewers who took to social media with disgust, Kelly fumed: "[Becky], you are a disrespectful dirtbag! Birmingham would not p**s on you if you were on fire. #birminghamforever. Shame on the @WWE for allowing such things to be said about my father and his home!!!"
