World Wrestling Championship 2025, In the ongoing World Wrestling Championships in Jagreb, something has happened to Indian wrestler Aman Sehrawat, which reminds us of former woman Wrestler Vinesh Phogat scandal. In fact, Sehrawat was found overweight before the match on Sunday. Due to which he has disabled from World Wrestling Championships.

According to media reports, Aman Wrestler Aman Sehrawat was scheduled to participate in the men’s freestyle 57 kg event on Sunday, but his weight was found to be 1.7 kg more. After which he was declared disqualified from the championship. Speaking to a news agency, the wrestling Federation of India (WFI), President Sanjay Singh (WFI President Sanjay Singh) has confirmed the matter, saying that we will issue notice to Aman Sehrawat and the associate staff with immediate effect.

An official from the news agency PTI said on the condition of anonymity that it is unfortunate and surprising that Aman could not control his weight. When they stood up to measure weight, he weighs 1.7 kg more. This is not acceptable. How much his weight became so much is beyond comprehension. Aman, who won bronze at the Paris Olympics, was expected to medal in this championship.

Explain that an Indian wrestler is not the first time to disqualify in this way. Last year, Vinesh Phogat was disqualified at the Paris Olympics due to being 100 grams of overweight and lost the opportunity to win the gold medal.
