Aadhaar Update:Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has made the process of updating Aadhaar card super easy, super fast and completely online. These explosive changes have come into effect from 1 November 2025. From now on you can update your name, address and mobile number online by visiting myAadhaar website.
Yes, there is no need to visit the Aadhar Seva Kendra now! But if biometric update (Aadhaar Biometric Update) like fingerprint, eye scan or photo is to be changed, then for this you will have to go to Aadhaar Seva Kendra.
UIDAI says that the new facility of document upload and auto-verification will reduce manual work. It is clearly stated on the official website of UIDAI that which updates can be done online, at which centres, and which documents will be required.

New deadline for Aadhar-PAN link
Big alert in new guidelines! It is compulsory for all PAN card holders to link Aadhaar (Aadhaar-PAN Link) by 31 December 2025. If missed, the PAN card will be deactivated from January 1, 2026. It will not be useful in tax filing or any financial deal. Quickly check Aadhaar update and linking.
