The Dubai-based consultancy Riyad Group has been entrusted with implementing this scheme in India. The company conducts a thorough vetting of applicants, including anti-money laundering, criminal records, and social media activity. Those wishing to apply for this visa do not need to travel to Dubai; they can apply from their home country. Applications can be made through Riyad Group's online portal, call center, or office. After this group evaluates the application, it is sent to the UAE government, which makes the final decision.

These include investors, startup owners, scientists, doctors, athletes, employees with special talents, and students with high educational qualifications. Currently, this visa is only available to those who can benefit the UAE market, culture, or business in some way.
