Patna News: The Building Construction Department has constructed 246 additional houses on a plot of about 44.41 acres for the residence of newly elected honorable MLAs in the MLA and Legislative Councilor residence complex in Patna. The residential complex for the Honorable MLAs has been prepared in various stages. Necessary works have been completed in the new campus. The built up area of ​​each residence is approximately 3693 square feet. Apart from the residence of the honorable MLAs, there will also be facilities like MLA hostel, canteen, community center etc. in the residence complex.

Building Construction Department Secretary Kumar Ravi informed that 246 houses have been constructed for the honorable MLAs. The houses will be allotted as per the Assembly Constituency, which has the Constituency Number and the name of the Assembly Constituency written on it. With the construction of the house, the honorable MLAs will get many facilities. It will be easier than before to establish contact with the regional public.

Will be able to meet common people and listen to their problems. Apart from this, there will be convenience in office work also. He said that the housing complex has been constructed keeping in mind the concept of zero discharge. After treating the sewerage discharge, the water will be used for gardening. There is also a system for rain water harvesting. Apart from this, arrangements for LED street lights have been made to save electricity. To make the campus beautiful and attractive, saplings of Champa, Gulmohar, Mahogany etc. have been planted on the roadsides and common places of the campus.
