2- Many times toilet comes and we are in such a situation that we are unable to go to the toilet. Often people are unable to use the toilet in the train due to hygiene problems and then blocking the toilet can be a threat to health. Apart from the problem of constipation, there can be many health problems. Also keep in mind that wash your hands thoroughly after coming from the toilet.
3- Many people believe that it is better to drink tea before going to the toilet. This cleanses the stomach but it is absolutely wrong to think so. The amount of acid in the body is very high in the morning. In such a situation, tea increases the acid in the body, which increases the body temperature and even harms the stomach.
4-You should keep the toilet of your house clean. Many people do not clean the toilet for weeks and use it only when it is dirty. The habit of spitting tobacco in the toilet is also not good. If your toilet remains dirty then many diseases are attracted to it.
5- Many people are not able to empty their stomach in one go and they make repeated trips to the toilet. This habit to toilet can also prove to be quite harmful for health.
