IND vs SA 2nd ODI Playing 11: KL Rahul-led India will square off against Temba Bavuma-led South Africa in the 2nd ODI of the series on December 03 at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur.
The Men in Blues secured a 1-0 lead in the ODI series of the South Africa tour of India 2025 after a stunning 17-run victory in the first ODI played at Ranchi.
India and South Africa have played 95 ODI games, with South Africa holding an advantage of 51 wins, while India has won 41 times. Meanwhile, three games have ended in a result.
South Africa won the toss and opted to bowl. Speaking at the toss Temba Bavuma said, “We are gonna have a bowl. We are hoping as the dew comes in, batting gets easier. Very hard to say what it’s going to play like. Lot of positives (from the last game). We have to start well. Three changes. Myself, Keshav and Ngidi come in. Big game for us.”
Meanwhile, KL Rahul said, “We haven’t won the toss for a long time. We did really well in the last game. They pushed us and we know what to expect. Before the series, we spoke about it, we expect dew every place we play. Put runs on the board, pick wickets early. Wicket looks good. We are playing with the same team.”
