Official Notification for Special Teacher Recruitment

The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released a notification regarding the recruitment of Special Teachers. Aspiring candidates looking to apply for these roles in Jharkhand will soon have the opportunity to do so. A total of 3,451 Special Teacher positions are available through this recruitment drive. The application window will open on December 12, 2025, and eligible candidates can submit their applications until January 13, 2026, via the official JSSC website.

Age Requirements

The age of candidates will be assessed as of August 1, 2025. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, with the maximum age varying by category: 40 years for General candidates, 42 years for OBC candidates, 43 years for female candidates, and 45 years for SC and ST candidates.

Educational Qualifications Needed

Candidates must possess either a D.Ed. or B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution in India, along with meeting other eligibility criteria to qualify for these positions.

Examination Fee Details

To apply for the Special Teacher roles, candidates are required to pay an examination fee. The fee is set at Rs 100 for general candidates, while SC and ST candidates will need to pay Rs 50.
