Bihar: Following the receipt of a threat letter threatening to blow up the ordnance plant in the Nalanda region of Bihar, authorities said on Monday that security has been increased there. Security agents conducted a thorough investigation of the industrial grounds after receiving the email, which was purportedly sent from Tamil Nadu and mentioned Pakistani agencies.
