The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the revised result of the UP PET 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results by entering their application number and date of birth on the commission's official website, upsssc.gov.in. The examination was conducted on September 6 and 7, 2025, at various centers across the state. Let's find out why the revised result was released.
The PET exam was conducted at 1479 examination centers in 48 districts of the state. A total of 2,531,996 candidates registered for the exam. Only 1,943,171 candidates appeared for the exam, while 588,825 were absent.
UPSSSC PET Result 2025: Why was the revised result released?
The UP PET 2025 result was released on December 5, following which candidates filed complaints with the commission regarding several discrepancies, particularly concerning OMR data and the use of unfair means. Consequently, the commission declared the revised result on December 9.
UP PET Result 2025: What's in the revised result?
For 517 candidates who were provisionally allowed to appear for the written examination by the examination centers, their status has now been updated as "provisionally allowed" in the scorecard/result. For 41 candidates, whose OMRs were initially marked as canceled, their status/marks have been corrected in this revised result after re-examination. For 44 candidates, the use of unfair means (UM/cheating) was detected. Therefore, their scorecards now clearly indicate "Unfair Means" in the revised result.

Go to the official website of the commission, upsssc.gov.in.
Go to the Result tab on the homepage.
Click on the UP PET 2025 Revised Result link. Now enter your registration number and other details and submit.
The result will appear on your screen.
Now check and print it.
UP PET Result 2025: How long will the scorecard be valid?
The UP PET scorecard will be valid for three years. Successful candidates can apply for Group B and Group C vacancies released by UPSSSC during this period. For more information, candidates can visit the commission's official website.
