Popular fast food chain with 71 stores to close UK shops as it falls into administration

Fast food chain Leon has announced plans to close some of its restaurants and cut jobs after appointing administrators. The popular chain, which became famous for its waffle fries and healthier options, operates 44 owned restaurants and 22 franchised stores.
Leon had previously warned restaurants could close and cut jobs after recording losses of £8million.
