Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav Recently the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Artificial Intelligence (AI) preparedness Has expressed his objection on the ranking. In the IMF report, India was included in the top group among the leading countries of the world, but the minister called it wrong and incomplete.
Ashwini Vaishnav said that India has taken many important steps in the field of AI, but its inclusion among the top countries is not a complete reflection of the real situation. He stressed that the country is continuously improving AI preparedness, and there should be comprehensive and accurate data assessment before such rankings are accepted.
The minister also said that India is progressing rapidly in digital and technological terms, but there is still a need for development and investment in many areas. According to him, this report does not accurately reflect the country’s progress and should be seen as an opportunity for improvement.
Experts believe that global competition in the AI and technology field is increasing rapidly, and it is not uncommon for countries to disagree on rankings. It is important for India to strengthen its position at the global level by further strengthening its policies and investments.
