The Indian team has taken a 2-0 lead in the series by winning the second consecutive T20 match against New Zealand. In the second match played in Raipur, Team India also achieved the target of 209 runs in just 92 balls. Captain Suryakumar Yadav scored the most runs for the Indian team in this victory, whose bat scored 82 runs in 37 balls. But the real foundation of victory was laid by Ishan Kishan, who counter-attacked in a difficult situation and scored a quick half-century. But during this innings, Suryakumar was also getting angry at Ishaan and he revealed this after the match.

Ishaan's stormy innings

While chasing the target in this match, the Indian team lost the wickets of both the explosive openers for just 6 runs. but despite this Ishaan Kishan Taking charge, he instead attacked New Zealand and hit fours and sixes. The effect of this was that India had completed 75 runs in the powerplay itself, out of which Ishaan's half-century came in just 21 balls. Soon Team India crossed the 100-run mark in just 8.1 overs.

Ishaan was finally out on the first ball of the 10th over, when he tried to hit a six off Ish Sodhi. The left-handed batsman scored 76 runs in just 32 balls, which included 11 fours and 4 sixes. Now such an innings made everyone including captain Suryakumar happy. But when Ishan was thrashing the Kiwi bowlers, the Indian captain was getting angry at him and the reason for this is very special.

Then why did Captain Surya get angry?

In fact, when both the batsmen were at the crease, most of the time Ishan had the strike and the Indian captain was mostly on non-strike. Due to this he was not getting batting. The situation was such that in the 9th over, when they had a 100-run partnership in just 43 balls, Ishaan played 31 balls and scored 76 runs. Whereas Surya got a chance to play only 13 balls and only 19 runs were in this partnership.

The Indian captain said about this in a light-hearted manner after the match, "I was angry at him because he was not giving me strikes in the powerplay but I was successful in understanding the situations. I am batting well in the nets, took good breaks and had a good practice session even before this match."
