Before the Republic Day, the police team under the leadership of CO Brahmpuri Soumya Asthana, who was monitoring the security arrangements, was thoroughly checking the vehicles. Meanwhile, a Scorpio coming from Delhi towards Meerut was stopped. The MLA’s pass was stuck on the windshield of the vehicle, which attracted the attention of the police. When the authenticity of the pass was checked, it was found to be fake.

After investigation, the police detained the driver Akash Sansanwal from the spot and sent him to the police station. According to police officials, Akash is a resident of Katwaria Sarai area of ​​Delhi and is the fiance of a popular social media influencer, Anjali Arora. Police made it clear that strict action will be taken against those who tamper with security arrangements or show off their authority through fake passes.
