Social media user Preeti Healthy Kitchen has posted a video on her Instagram. In this video, she is telling the recipe of making a super nutritious laddu from plant based ingredients rich in calcium.

Ingredients for Laddu

  • Flax seeds – 250 grams
  • Pumpkin seeds- 250 grams
  • Sunflower seeds – 250 grams
  • Black sesame seeds – 50 grams
  • Moringa powder- 2 teaspoons
  • Dates – 8 to 9
  • White sesame - 100 grams
  • Melon seeds – 200 grams
  • Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon

Method to make laddu

To make laddus, first of all roast all the seeds lightly. Now cool it and put it in a mixer jar and blend it. When the seeds are ground, add pitted dates and blend again. Take out this batter in a bowl. Now add 2 spoons of Moringa powder and 1 spoon of cardamom powder and mix it with hands. Apply ghee on your hands and shape them into laddus and store them for months.
