In Facebook Live, the weight of a civil engineer from Indore had reached about 99 kg. Swami Ramdev told that due to his lifestyle, his weight kept increasing due to continuously eating outside food, irregular daily routine and doing physical hard work. On this he said that people find it difficult to lose weight in winter, but after adopting yoga and Ayurveda at Patanjali Wellness Centre, his weight was reduced by 6 kg in just three days.
How did you lose weight?
Explaining the reason behind this change, Swami Ramdev said that yoga not only improves the body but also improves the person from within. Yoga and Ayurveda together balance our body’s software i.e. thinking, habits and hardware i.e. organs, metabolism and hormonal system. Therefore, body fat can be reduced by consuming proper yoga asanas, pranayama and satvik diet. It is also easy to do this in the winter season.
There is no use of expensive medicines!
Earlier the civil engineer was taking medicines worth about Rs 300 daily. Due to problems like BP, weight and fatigue, he had to take 10 to 12 pills daily. But after starting the treatment at Patanjali Yoga Gram, not only did his weight reduce, but his blood pressure medicines were also stopped. His son also lost 4 kg of weight by adopting yoga and Ayurveda.

Swami Ramdev said in his live streaming video that if the diseases are not controlled at the initial level through Yoga and Ayurveda, then the same problems later take the form of diseases like chronic diseases, autoimmune diseases, heart problems and even cancer. Therefore, it is important that people leave laziness and go out and give priority to their health.
